New guidance for households as rogue trader complaints increase 24%

Households across the country are urged to be vigilant as it emerged more than 22,500 complaints were made to Citizens Advice in England about rogue traders between January and October 2024, an increase of nearly a quarter (24%) compared to the same time last year.
