For a small business juggling customer service, business development, marketing, accounts, negotiations and, of course, the actual installation, service or repair work is a big ask. Add to that, keeping on top of all the requirements of a registration scheme – it can seem a lot to take on! That’s why we’ve put together a handy hub of information and guides so you can refer back and check things like: how to complete a works notification, find a training provider, and renew or add another technician to your registration. To renew your registration account, complete works notifications or access technical book updates and other services that are exclusively available for registered technicians, you'll need to log into your account. If you have not yet activated your new website account, please check your emails - we sent you a website account invitation email on 11th May. If you cannot find your email, you can email us to request a new invitation.
